Guide writer towards perfecting their writing style and to follow each brief’s requirements.</li> <li>Collaboration. Partner with Social, Design, and Affiliate teams to ensure that the goal of each text is achieved.</li> <li>Consistency. Maintain a consistent voice with clarity and a strict adherence to compliance standards, while providing a fast service that closely follows the brief.</li> <li>Optimisation. Use feedback to continuously improve and optimise content.</li> <li>Human Text. All texts must be completely handwritten; AI-generating texts or using AI to generate ‘writing structure’ is strictly forbidden.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What We’re Looking For</strong></div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <ul> <li>Language Mastery. English writer with excellent vocabulary and proofreading abilities.</li> <li>Experience. Have held a similar management role and 4+ years of professional writing experience; iGaming, casino, and sports betting experience is required. Strong knowledge of casino tables and autonomous games.</li> <li>Team Player. Willing to work alongside, and manage, a large writing team.</li> <li>Copywriting Skills. Strong expertise in conversion copywriting, island the skill to guide other writers in creating compelling offers, CTAs, and "hooks", and long- and short-form writing.</li> <li>SEO Knowledge. Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, including keyword usage, content structure, internal linking, and user intent.</li> <li>Work Ethic.
