For our latest product, an innovative cloud-based work management solution, we are looking for game changers, big thinkers, and doers who are ready to join our journey as a Team Lead of a Full-Stack Team. This role combines leadership skills with hands-on software development, with a particular focus on Frontend Engineering. You will play a key role in shaping and driving React Development within a Full-Stack environment.

• You will lead a cross-functional Full-Stack Team while remaining hands-on and owning the frontend architecture and implementation using React and TypeScript
• Provide technical direction across the stack, with primary ownership of frontend architecture
• Work closely with the broader development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure constant team alignment and continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers with different specializations (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Propose relevant analysis and conceptions to tackle challenging problems
• Help investigate the introduction of Golang into our development environment as an alternative to .Net
• Act as the bridge between Frontend and Backend concerns to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions

About you

• Proficiency with React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern Frontend Development practices
• Solid CSS skills, with experience building responsive and visually appealing interfaces
• Experience with mobile or hybrid mobile development is helpful (E.g. Flutter, Ionic, Capacitor, or similar frameworks)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools and working with CI/CD processes
• Experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
• Experience with DevExtreme libraries is a plus
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications, and professional experience, starts from EUR 65.000,00 gross annually.
