<ul>
<li class="jobCell__left"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments.</span></li>
<li class="jobCell__left"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage the team effectively, understanding each member’s strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on their abilities and development goals.</span></li>
<li class="jobCell__left"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring new hires, processes and tools are in place before capacity becomes a bottleneck.</span></li>
<li class="jobCell__left"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading engineering teams to deliver on ambitious timelines while maintaining code quality, balancing team morale with accountability, and communicating progress and risks transparently to stakeholders.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading engineering teams.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">A people-first leadership mindset — you genuinely care about individual growth and team well-being.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication - you listen deeply and act with empathy.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience facilitating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and professional development planning.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience conducting code reviews focused on maintaining quality and supporting engineers’ growth.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience participating in hiring and interviews to help build strong, well-balanced teams.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of Linux system.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Decent level of written and spoken English to work in an international environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Nice-to-have: </strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in HFT, telecommunication, game development, or any other field that works with limited resources and optimization.<br></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of modern C++ development and engineering processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in using version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.</span></li>
