About the role
Ready to lead a high-performing service team? As a Senior Team Leader, you will drive service excellence, support your team’s growth, and ensure outstanding customer delivery aligned with TCIS standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the success team to meet and exceed service targets.
- Act as the first point of escalation for agents and customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor performance, identify training needs, and foster continuous improvement.
- Promote a collaborative, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Telco, or similar.
- 2–3 years’ proven team leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing/SaaS tools.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
