Which tasks can you expect?

• Supporting, developing, and motivating the team

• Disciplinary leadership and coaching of assigned employees

• Responsibility for efficient payroll processing (fully or partially) for assigned clients

• Preparing reports and analyses

• Forwarding inquiries and system-related requirements to the specialist department

What do you have to offer?

• A strong passion for payroll and a commitment to providing the best possible advice to our clients

• At least 3–5 years of experience in payroll or HR

• Good spoken and written German and English skills

• Solid knowledge of tax and social security regulations, supported by practical experience

• Experience working with a common payroll system

• Ideally, leadership experience (project leadership or team management)

• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and initiative

• Very accurate and independent working style

• Strong customer orientation

• Flexibility and resilience
