About the role
<p>Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and support residential support workers</li>
<li>Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed</li>
<li>Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents</li>
<li>Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings</li>
<li>Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS check</li>
