This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who want to continue building their own book of business while helping develop the next generation of roofing sales professionals.</p>
<p data-start="435" data-end="811">This isn’t just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, and grow a team while operating your own independent sales business with the backing of a trusted brand. As a Team Leader, you will continue performing all responsibilities of an Independent Roofing Sales Contractor while also supporting recruiting, training, and coaching efforts within your team.</p>
