Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and acquire new customers
  • Set and monitor individual and team goals, providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Review and evaluate daily sales activities to maintain team performance
  • Coach and train the team to develop sales skills and product knowledge
  • Understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to promote campaigns and increase sales opportunities
  • Use tools such as CRM and Microsoft Teams to manage customers and track business opportunities
  • Comply with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in sales operations

Requirements

  • Proficient in English or Chinese, with excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Forex industry, or at least 2 years of team management experience in the Forex industry
  • A hardworking, honest, and patient individual in their work
