Team Manager Care Leavers

font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage a team of Personal Advisors.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate experience as a Team Manager within Children in Care (CIC) or Care Leavers services, with a preference for long-term assignments over multiple short-term contracts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support children transitioning to independence, applying creative approaches to pathway planning and facilitating referrals to Adult Social Services or other relevant services for children with physical or learning difficulties.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Apply strong best practice knowledge at Team Manager level, maintaining a focused and motivated approach to delivering quality care and leadership to young people in Dudley.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide expertise in signposting and supporting young people into employment or education, including familiarity with services such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage with potential employers and organize drop-in sessions for young people.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
