Lead and shape a high-impact Test Automation Center that drives quality engineering, innovation, and scalable test strategies across global programs. This role combines people leadership, technical vision, and strategic execution to build world-class automation capabilities, enable delivery excellence, and accelerate adoption of modern testing practices including AI-driven solutions.

What you will do

  • Build and lead the Test Automation Center Team including Test Architects, Automation Leads, AI Engineers, and Lab Operations personnel.

  • Drive hiring, resource planning, mentoring, and performance management for the team.

  • Define and implement scalable test automation frameworks, tools, and processes.

  • Lead POCs for emerging testing technologies, AI-driven automation, and innovation initiatives.

  • Partner with global stakeholders to align with enterprise test strategy and represent Hyderabad in global programs.

  • Enable project teams by solving local delivery challenges, including supplier selection, tooling, and quality improvements.

What you bring

Experience

  • 10+ Years strong experience in Software Engineering, Test Automation, and Test Architecture.

  • Proven people leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams.

  • Hands-on expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based testing environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global organizations.

  • Strategic, innovative, and results-driven mindset with passion for quality and continuous improvement.

  • University degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline.
