Position Summary
As an onsite Team Member, you’ll work hands-on with our team to sort, organize, pack, and resettle/unpack client belongings. You’ll be part of a team that handles projects with care, respect, and efficiency — often in clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items.
- Help stage and prepare items for estate sales, online auctions, or donations.
- Safely lift, carry, and transport items of various sizes and weights.
- Follow team leader directions to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Treat client possessions with care and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at each job site.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we provide training.
- Ability to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to job sites (locations vary).
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation
$21 per hour
