<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Success Academy is looking for a Team Lead, People Operations, reporting to the Lead, People Operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in running and improving high-volume operational workflows while leading and developing a team. You will ensure that core processes are executed accurately and on time, and continuously improved to meet the needs of a fast-growing organization.</sub></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>This role is fast-paced and requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A key part of the role is identifying inefficiencies and simplifying, automating, and scaling how work gets done.</sub></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>You will act as a strategic operator and people leader — owning core workflows, elevating team performance, and partnering cross-functionally to improve systems, processes, and the overall employee experience.</sub></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.</sub></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Serve as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive issues, using judgment to resolve problems and drive decisions.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Own and improve core workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Analyze data to identify trends, surface challenges, and inform improvements.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve team productivity.</sub></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all employee interactions.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Oversee high-volume pre-employment processes during peak hiring periods</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Maintain the accuracy of employee data within systems such as Workday.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve systems.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Ensure processes are executed in line with company policies and legal requirements.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Build and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Standardize processes to support onboarding, training, and continuous improvement.</sub></span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Minimum Qualifications:</sub></span></strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar fast-paced environment (People Operations or HR experience is a plus, but not required).</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>1+ years of experience leading or mentoring others (formal or informal leadership).</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Experience working with systems or tools to manage workflows, data, or ticketing (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms).</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Proven ability to manage complex processes and improve how work gets done.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.</sub></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.</sub></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sub>Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.</sub></span></p>
