What you'll be doing?
- Workflow Management: Direct the daily priorities for the Prep team to meet delivery deadlines and inventory targets.
- Final Quality Gate: Execute rigorous final inspections on all vehicles, ensuring 100% accuracy against the online condition report.
- Inventory Control: Oversight of vehicle keys, logbooks, and accessories to ensure a seamless handover experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage performance, training, and safety standards for a dedicated team of prep and detailing specialists.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Workshop and the Sales/ Delivery teams regarding vehicle status.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have at least 2 years experience leading/ supervising teams in automotive operations, fleet management, manufacturing or fast paced environments.
- You have a proven track record in quality assurance with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving defects.
- You are process-driven and organized - building and refining workflows to increase efficiency.
- You have excellent communication providing clear, direct feedback to your team and concise updates to senior management.
- You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.
