About the role
Team Lead & Tech Lead – Full Stack
We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead & Tech Lead to drive both delivery and technical excellence for a high-impact full-stack team in the fintech domain.
You’ll lead a team of 5 engineers (Full-Stack + Automation) while owning architecture and working closely with our Brazil-based team as one international unit.
What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow your team
- Own system architecture and technical decisions
- Stay hands-on with development (Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS / React)
- Drive delivery, code quality, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies
Tech Stack
Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience as a Team Lead
- Strong hands-on backend & frontend experience
- Proven system design and scaling experience
- Experience working in international teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- AI mindset/orientation required (workflow experience – advantage)
