Tech Lead/ CTO (Perp DEX/Rust)

<p>We are representing a leading force in the decentralized exchange (DEX) space, specifically operating within the high-performance Solana ecosystem.&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">Core Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Direct the execution of protocol and backend engineering teams, setting the pace for delivery and the bar for technical excellence.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Architect and implement mission-critical trading infrastructure using&nbsp;Rust, focusing on extreme performance and reliability.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,2,0">Lead the development of core exchange primitives, including margin systems, liquidation mechanisms, and advanced liquidity models.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,3,0">Audit critical code paths to minimize latency, maximize execution quality, and improve the overall market maker experience.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,4,0">Foster a culture of rigorous engineering through deep code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship.</li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="8"><strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="0">Requirement:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Expert in Rust and have a proven track record of shipping high-performance, production-grade systems.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning for high-throughput environments.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Strong familiarity with order book mechanics, perpetual futures, or derivatives market structure.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Experience building matching engines, risk management systems, or liquidation engines is highly preferred.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,4,0">Experience with Solana (or similar high-performance chains) and a solid grasp of on-chain execution models and their inherent constraints.</li> </ul>
