It makes a difference!</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>Are you passionate about building scalable integrations and leading technical teams in a global environment?</p> <p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Tech Manager</strong>&nbsp;to lead partner implementations for&nbsp;<strong>BEES LATAM</strong>, acting as the bridge between external partners’ ERP systems and the BEES marketplace ecosystem.</p> <p>In this role, you will combine&nbsp;<strong>hands-on technical leadership</strong>&nbsp;with people management, working closely with partners, engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.</p> <p>Each implementation is unique, giving you exposure to different cultures, systems, and business models within BEES’ global platform.</p> <p>You will be part of a collaborative, high-impact team responsible for enabling partners to sell through BEES by designing, implementing, and scaling complex system integrations.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead partner&nbsp;<strong>integrations between external ERPs and the BEES marketplace&nbsp;</strong>platform across LATAM.</li> <li>Design, implement, test, and&nbsp;<strong>maintain system integrations using APIs</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Translate business and partner requirements&nbsp;</strong>into scalable technical solutions.</li> <li>Use tools such as&nbsp;<strong>Postman</strong>&nbsp;(or similar) to test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs.</li> <li><strong>Support integrations&nbsp;</strong>related to e-commerce platforms, vendors, and external services.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure reliable data exchange and system stability.</li> <li>Act as a&nbsp;<strong>technical point of contact for partners</strong>, discussing architecture, catalog, promotions, and integration models.</li> <li>Lead and develop a team.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, and manage delivery using tools such as Jira.</li> <li>Drive team development through feedback, career management, and performance follow-ups.</li> <li>Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance, quality, and scalability.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, standards, and technical solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>University degree&nbsp;</strong>in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.</li> <li><strong>Intermediate English (mandatory).</strong></li> <li><strong>Intermediate Spanish (mandatory – direct interaction with LATAM partners).</strong></li> <li>Proven experience with&nbsp;<strong>system integrations</strong>&nbsp;in e-commerce or marketplace environments.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with&nbsp;<strong>APIs</strong>, including testing tools such as Postman or similar.</li> <li>Background integrating partner ERPs into digital platforms.</li> <li>Previous experience as a&nbsp;<strong>Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role</strong>, managing people or projects.</li> <li>Solid understanding of databases, RESTful services, and JSON payloads.</li> <li>Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Clear communication skills, especially when interacting with partners and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>A proactive, organized, and mature profile, able to position technically and professionally with external partners.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus*&nbsp;</li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHub partnership</li> <li>Childcare subsidies</li> <li>Discounts on Ambev products*</li> <li>Clube Ben partnership</li> <li>Scholarship*</li> <li>School materials assurance</li> <li>Language and training platforms</li> <li>Transport allowance</li> </ul> <p>*Rules applied</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
