About the role
<h2><strong>We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with 2–3 years of experience to help build and scale products / platforms within the digital marketing and ad-tech ecosystem.</strong></h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to build and enhance internal/external platforms</li>
<li>Define product requirements, workflows, and feature road maps</li>
<li>Drive end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to launch</li>
<li>Understand advertiser, publisher, and operational pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across performance marketing, publisher development, and tech teams</li>
<li>Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Support platform integrations, automation initiatives, and process optimization</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery and execution of product initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><em>2–3 years of Product Management experience</em></li>
<li><em>Prior experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, martech, affiliate marketing, or app performance ecosystem</em></li>
<li><em>Experience working on platform/product building</em></li>
<li><em>Strong understanding of product workflows and user journeys</em></li>
<li><em>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams</em></li>
<li><em>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills</em></li>
<li><em>Fast-paced startup mindset with strong ownership.Understanding of attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.)</em></li>
<li><em>Knowledge of publisher ecosystems, performance marketing, or media buying</em></li>
<li><em>Experience with automation or dashboard/reporting tools.</em></li>
