Then you could be the perfect person to join us as our next Junior Technical Account Manager in Athens starting September 1st!
We are currently looking for someone eager to grow within the AdTech industry and develop both technical and client-facing skills in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to support technical integrations, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize digital advertising solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who already has a solid technical foundation and wants to learn, evolve, and build expertise in one of the most innovative industries in digital media.

Responsibilities

  • Support publishers and partners with technical onboarding, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving technical or product-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Ad Operations, Product, Development, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance and help optimize client setups and workflows.
  • Learn and understand digital advertising technologies, programmatic ecosystems, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions in an environment that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies within the AdTech landscape.


*This role reports to the Technical Account Director.

Target Start Date: September 1st

This job post is going to be supported through an OAED program (if applicable).


Requirements


  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the AdTech industry.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, programmatic advertising, or Ad Operations will be considered a plus.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in technical support, digital media, or web technologies will be considered an advantage.
