Our office is in northwest Austin, TX (about 9 miles from downtown).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Relocation reimbursement is offered for this role if moving from outside the greater Austin, TX area.</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Compensation for this position will be $100k/year plus commission.</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>Note:</strong> Final round of interviews will take place on-site at our Austin, TX headquarters (no virutal option).&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">Depending on location, Talroo will cover flight, hotel, and local transportation/food costs, or will reimburse a mileage fee if within driving distance.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">As a Technical Account Manager at Talroo, you will: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Accurately onboard clients in the Talroo platform</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Continually monitor dedicated accounts and make optimizations (bids, budgets, segmentation and overall ROI) to facilitate best performance and consistent improvement, budget fulfillment and overall client retention quarter over quarter  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work cooperatively and in the spirt of Talroo’s values to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Become a product expert and influence Talroo’s product roadmap. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide appropriate product suggestions on a client-by-client basis  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimize churn by enlisting all available corporate resources to solve problems &amp;
