<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1836" data-end="1947">Ensure the right product and service are delivered to partners on time and according to commercial agreements.</li>
<li data-start="1950" data-end="2055">Act as the <strong data-start="1961" data-end="2001">technical owner of assigned accounts</strong>, working closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM).</li>
<li data-start="2058" data-end="2183">Support partners and internal teams on technical topics, escalating and coordinating with internal stakeholders when needed.</li>
<li data-start="2186" data-end="2300">Lead and manage <strong data-start="2202" data-end="2240">implementation projects end-to-end</strong>, including timelines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.</li>
<li data-start="2303" data-end="2405">Monitor product performance and partner adoption, ensuring usage of best-in-class versions and tools.</li>
<li data-start="2408" data-end="2511">Track the full customer journey, from order status to daily ticket volume and operational performance.</li>
<li data-start="2514" data-end="2621">Manage post–go-live support, ensuring client sustainability through defined success KPIs and action plans.</li>
<li data-start="2624" data-end="2733">Translate commercial needs into technical requirements, serving as a bridge between business and technology.</li>
<li data-start="2736" data-end="2850">Build and maintain project documentation and governance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="3313" data-end="3425">Proven experience in <strong data-start="3334" data-end="3356">Project Management</strong>, Technical Account Management, TPM, or system implementation roles.</li>
<li data-start="3428" data-end="3501">Background in <strong data-start="3442" data-end="3499">consulting, SaaS platforms, or system implementations.</strong></li>
<li data-start="3504" data-end="3564">Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.</li>
<li data-start="3567" data-end="3643">Ability to manage stakeholders with flexibility, influence, and resilience.</li>
<li data-start="3646" data-end="3719">Comfort working in dynamic environments with high delivery expectations.</li>
<li data-start="3722" data-end="3789">Advanced communication skills in <strong data-start="3755" data-end="3766">English</strong> (written and spoken).</li>
<li data-start="3792" data-end="3854"><strong data-start="3792" data-end="3852">Spanish at an advanced level (mandatory).</strong></li>
<li data-start="3792" data-end="3854"><strong data-start="3792" data-end="3852">100% availability to travel is required.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key challenges of the role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="2892" data-end="2996">Acting as a <strong data-start="2904" data-end="2911">PMO</strong>, owning project schedules and holding stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines.</li>
<li data-start="2999" data-end="3084">Managing multiple projects simultaneously, often at different implementation stages.</li>
<li data-start="3087" data-end="3162">Working under delivery pressure in complex, cross-functional environments.</li>
<li data-start="3165" data-end="3281">Driving partner engagement and internal alignment after go-live through KPIs, action plans, and commercial demands.</li>
</ul>
