<h3><strong> What You’ll Do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow a portfolio of mobile app publishers and/or performance marketing campaigns;</li>
<li>Act as a <strong>technical advisor</strong> to clients on monetization strategy, ad placements, and revenue optimization;</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and scale <strong>media buying campaigns</strong> across DSPs, ad exchanges, and mobile ad networks;</li>
<li>Analyze performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROAS, eCPM, retention, fill rate) to drive data-backed decisions;</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, BI, supply, and demand teams;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and support <strong>technical integrations</strong> (SDKs, APIs, attribution tracking);</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities via A/B testing, segmentation, and new traffic sources;</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years of experience in <strong>AdTech, Mobile Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Technical Account Management;</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Mobile monetization (mediation, waterfalls, in-app bidding);</li>
<li>User acquisition channels (Meta, Google, DSPs, programmatic);</li>
<li>Attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.);</li>
</ul>
<li>Hands-on experience managing campaigns with performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV);</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus);</li>
<li>Technical aptitude: comfortable with SDK integrations, APIs, and tracking flows;</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with global clients;</li>
<li>Ability to balance <strong>client-facing responsibilities with hands-on optimization work.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with mediation platforms (Appodeal, ironSource, MAX, AdMob, etc.);</li>
<li>Understanding of RTB/programmatic ecosystem;</li>
<li>Experience with automation or scripting (SQL, Python, etc.);</li>
<li>Background in mobile apps or gaming;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Relocation & Work Setup</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relocation support to <strong>Barcelona, Spain</strong> or <strong>Parkland, Florida, USA</strong> depending on candidate location;</li>
<li>Hybrid/office-based setup in both locations;</li>
<li>International team with global exposure.</li>
