The programme requires strong implementation support, stakeholder coordination, and institutional capacity strengthening to support sustainable waste services.</p> <h3 data-section-id="f2ybik" data-start="2612" data-end="2628">Role Purpose</h3> <p data-start="2630" data-end="2796">The Technical Assistant, Program Health &amp; Capacity Building will support training, service quality monitoring, and implementation improvement across Waste Operations.</p> <h3 data-section-id="164ueu3" data-start="2798" data-end="2822">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="2824" data-end="3247"> <li data-section-id="o6514p" data-start="2824" data-end="2901">Prepare and support training materials, workshops, and learning activities.</li> <li data-section-id="yrsf68" data-start="2902" data-end="2999">Support capacity building activities for UPT, DLH, village governments, and other stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="dh145j" data-start="3000" data-end="3054">Monitor service quality and operational consistency.</li> <li data-section-id="1gi3ott" data-start="3055" data-end="3113">Identify implementation gaps and recommend improvements.</li> <li data-section-id="1gd7pqd" data-start="3114" data-end="3183">Support learning and knowledge sharing across implementation areas.</li> <li data-section-id="6gx7kv" data-start="3184" data-end="3247">Contribute to programme reporting and implementation updates.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="14esvje" data-start="3249" data-end="3265">Requirements</h3> <p data-start="3267" data-end="3290">Candidates should have:</p> <ul data-start="3291" data-end="3754"> <li data-section-id="agr9jc" data-start="3291" data-end="3326">An S1 degree in a relevant field.</li> <li data-section-id="loekdz" data-start="3327" data-end="3369">At least 3 years of relevant experience.</li> <li data-section-id="3k2f3x" data-start="3370" data-end="3453">Experience in training, facilitation, capacity building, or programme monitoring.</li> <li data-section-id="j78dox" data-start="3454" data-end="3511">Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1obs9sq" data-start="3512" data-end="3589">Ability to work collaboratively with government and community stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="5jufst" data-start="3590" data-end="3633">Good organisational and reporting skills.</li> <li data-section-id="fx996s" data-start="3634" data-end="3673">Good written Bahasa Indonesia skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1igs01h" data-start="3674" data-end="3754">Willingness to be based in Banyuwangi and travel regularly across the regency.</li> </ul> <p data-start="3756" data-end="3845">Experience supporting government or community learning initiatives would be an advantage.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div id="description__body"></div> <p><strong data-start="578" data-end="603">Diversity &amp; Inclusion</strong><br data-start="603" data-end="606">At Systemiq, we absolutely believe diverse perspectives are essential to driving system change.
