The programme aims to provide household waste service access to approximately 1.4 million people and requires strong field implementation, stakeholder coordination, and operational support.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-section-id="f2ybik" data-start="685" data-end="701">Role Purpose</h3> <p data-start="703" data-end="864">The Technical Assistant, Roll Out will support the preparation and implementation of waste collection services in target villages, particularly Phase 3 villages.</p> <h3 data-section-id="164ueu3" data-start="866" data-end="890">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="892" data-end="1318"> <li data-section-id="1u2mo8e" data-start="892" data-end="952">Assess village readiness for waste service implementation.</li> <li data-section-id="195d8j0" data-start="953" data-end="1034">Support mapping of service areas, collection routes, and operational schedules.</li> <li data-section-id="2qqf1d" data-start="1035" data-end="1112">Support early-stage waste collection rollout in line with agreed standards.</li> <li data-section-id="ydkghm" data-start="1113" data-end="1189">Coordinate with village governments, UPT, DLH, and community stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="1unhufy" data-start="1190" data-end="1258">Track rollout progress and prepare village progress documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="v1xvds" data-start="1259" data-end="1318">Support knowledge transfer to local government operators.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="14esvje" data-start="1320" data-end="1336">Requirements</h3> <p data-start="1338" data-end="1361">Candidates should have:</p> <ul data-start="1362" data-end="1819"> <li data-section-id="agr9jc" data-start="1362" data-end="1397">An S1 degree in a relevant field.</li> <li data-section-id="loekdz" data-start="1398" data-end="1440">At least 3 years of relevant experience.</li> <li data-section-id="psqxlj" data-start="1441" data-end="1525">Experience in waste operations, field implementation, or environmental programmes.</li> <li data-section-id="s28ta" data-start="1526" data-end="1582">Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li data-section-id="utf9q1" data-start="1583" data-end="1652">Ability to work with government stakeholders and local communities.</li> <li data-section-id="5i5l0" data-start="1653" data-end="1698">Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-section-id="fx996s" data-start="1699" data-end="1738">Good written Bahasa Indonesia skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1igs01h" data-start="1739" data-end="1819">Willingness to be based in Banyuwangi and travel regularly across the regency.</li> </ul> <p data-start="1821" data-end="1925">Experience with waste collection systems, service mapping, or operational rollout would be an advantage</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div id="description__body"></div> <p><strong data-start="578" data-end="603">Diversity &amp; Inclusion</strong><br data-start="603" data-end="606">At Systemiq, we absolutely believe diverse perspectives are essential to driving system change.
