Technical Lead (Full Stack)

We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data &amp; AI.</em></span></p></div><p></p> <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver optimised, scalable and maintainable end-to-end software systems.</li> <li>Design and implement both frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth integration through well-defined APIs and business logic.</li> <li>Develop and enhance web applications to meet business and technical requirements.</li> <li>Conduct system design at feature level, covering application, database, and infrastructure aspects.</li> <li>Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.</li> <li>Apply automation tools for build, deployment, and configuration management.</li> <li>Maintain adherence to enterprise security standards and best practices.</li> <li>Identify and recommend improvements to system design, performance, and maintainability.</li> <li>Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.</li> <li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in software or full-stack development, with at least 2 years in technical leadership or lead developer role.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.</li> <li>Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, GraphQL, RESTful API development.</li> <li>Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab).</li> <li>Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP</li> <li>Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</li> <li>Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.</li> <li>Understanding of agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Nice to Have:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures.</li> <li>Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP principles.</li> <li>Exposure to automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud/on-premise monitoring tools.</li> </ul> <p><br></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
