Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for talented folks who:

• Have 5+ years of technical Business Analyst experience, preferably in a SaaS environment 

• Have the proven ability to become a subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement for our clients

• Excel at digging into the root cause of problems and finding unique solutions to optimize processes

• Want to know why things work the way they do and excel at explaining things with the right amount of detail

• Are excellent communicators with the spoken and written word.

• Love to collaborate within a team environment, provide mentorship, and build long-term relationships

• Maintain strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

There is some travel required to meet face-to-face with clients and colleagues: applicants should be comfortable with approximately 15% travel.
