Position Overview
The Technical CAD Engineer will support the design team by producing accurate technical drawings and schematics for smoke ventilation systems. The role also offers potential career growth into a Technical Engineer position.
Responsibilities
Create wiring schematics for smoke ventilation systems
Produce product construction drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare layout drawings using Bluebeam
Review technical drawings and project documentation for accuracy and compliance
Assist with technical engineering tasks as required
Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly revised, and up to date
Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records
Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting
Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems (fire alarm systems preferred)
Licensed Philippine Board Passer:
Electrical Engineer (preferred, due to wiring schematic requirements), or
Mechanical Engineer
Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Advantage: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor

Work Set-up: Remote
Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 Php
Equipment : Provided
Work Schedule: 11:00am to 7.30pm Manila (PH) Time
