As a Technical Consultant, you’ll actively contribute to designing and implementing cutting-edge Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for our customers. Collaborating with business consultants, developers, and sales teams, you’ll translate complex requirements into secure, efficient systems that protect our clients' data and ensure compliance. With opportunities to work on high-impact local, regional, and global projects, you’ll shape the future of our clients' cybersecurity landscapes while advancing your own career.    WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TECHNICAL CONSULTANT <ul> <li>Requirements Analysis & Design: Actively contribute to client consultations to map out IGA needs and provide tailored solution designs. </li> <li>Implementation & Configuration: Execute the implementation and configuration of IGA solutions, ensuring security risks are identified and mitigated and applications are properly onboarded. </li> <li>Technical Guidance: Serve as an IGA expert, delivering workshops and training for clients, and offering ongoing technical support. </li> <li>Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for IGA solutions and processes, ensuring clear and up-to-date technical records. </li> <li>Mentoring: Share your expertise by coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues within the IGA unit. </li> <li>Self-Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by obtaining certifications in leading IGA technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, Entra). </li> </ul>   THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE Through solving complex IAM and IT challenges and enabling the implementation of technical solutions that will provide full security to their assets, you are ensuring business continuity for (global) organizations across Europe. By providing flexible hours and hybrid working options, we enable you to comfortably manage personal commitments while working on impactful projects and using dedicated learning time for you to earn certificates and visit industry events.  <ul> <li>Permanent contract. </li> <li>Flexible hours (32 – 40 hours per week).</li> <li>Hybrid working options (2 days per week at our Waardenburg office or client site – can be more if you like!) </li> <li>Flexible training budget and dedicated learning hours. </li> <li>Local and international career development opportunities. </li> <li>30 days of annual leave (25 + 5 Traxion days). </li> <li>Variable Consulting bonus. </li> <li>Annual profit distribution. </li> <li>Company lease car OR NS business card. </li> <li>Private pension scheme.  </li> <li>Home office setup budget and monthly work-from-home allowance.  </li> <li>Regular social events.  </li> </ul>   WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM <ul> <li>Experience: 3+ years in consultancy, experienced in translating business requirements into technical requirements and in coordinating and executing IGA tool implementations (preferably Sailpoint, Omada, Saviynt or Entra) </li> <li>Technical Skills: Good understanding of networking infrastructure & segmentations (i.e., Azure, Entra, Active Directory, SQL) and standard protocols (i.e., SCIM, REST, SOAP) </li> <li>People Skills: You are a collaborative, proactive and (creative) problem solver and independent thinker who brings high accountability, values quality and has a continuous learning mindset. </li> <li>Languages: Business proficient in English both written and verbal, Fluent in Dutch</li> <li>Education/certifications: It's a bonus if you already have certifications (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, MS Entra, or IGA vendors) - we will also help you get more! </li> <li>Availability: You are available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week. </li> <li>Driver's License: You have a valid EU driver's license. </li> <li>Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify for this role.   </li> </ul> SOME FACTS ABOUT OUR IGA CONSULTANCY TEAMS <ul> <li>You’ll be part of close-knit, diverse teams of 10+ technical consultants who value knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous growth. </li> <li>Our projects secure identities for local and international organizations (that have over 100,000 users across various regions of the world). As an example, we're currently managing the entire IAM stack for one of the biggest energy organizations in Europe. </li> <li>Our team spends time every two weeks sharing knowledge, aligning on projects and celebrating successes.
