The </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">Technical </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">Consultant</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2"> will</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2"> work closely with a te</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">am of skilled individuals from a variety of technical and professional backgrounds</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2"> across multiple time zones</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">. <li><span data-contrast="none">Provide application guidance to clients and collaborate with users to achieve their business needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Analyse and resolve complex application and data integrity issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Document processes and procedures as required by clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Prepare test cases and perform QA testing on application enhancements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Stay current with application releases.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Requirement for on-site visits should the need arise.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Build trusted relationships with clients to effectively support long term service and growth.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ensure that services are delivered and client cases are updated in according to service level agreements (SLAs). </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or equivalent combination of experience and education.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">3+ years of related experience with responsibilities related to Legal Technology or Professional Services products and services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Preferred experience in Elite 3E, Intapp, iManage, Aderant and NetDocuments and/or experience in a law firm or legal services environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Preferred knowledge of SQL and Windows Operating System.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Intermediate level of experience dealing with collaboration and project tracking tools e.g. Jira and Confluence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
