Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical department as a Technical Coordinator. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our container fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of containers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and prioritize container inspections, repairs, and modifications.

• Maintain accurate records of container maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  

• Assist in the development and implementation of container maintenance procedures and guidelines.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Strong knowledge of technical aspects related to containers, including maintenance, repair, and inspection

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple containers and projects simultaneously

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and find efficient solutions

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
