<p><strong>Technical Developer</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Singapore</strong></p> <p>Work closely with the BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Use and manage vendor augmented resources and ensure work assignments for high utilization and effective, quality outcomes while avoiding re-work</li> <li>Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the platform</li> <li>Build frameworks for configuration instead of code for each component</li> <li>Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive</li> <li>Apply standards and industry frameworks while leverage existing technologies and tools in the Bank</li> <li>Implement solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.</li> <li>Produce detailed design /low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively</li> <li>Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutions</li> <li>Analyse performance test, vulnerability assessments and any other test related issues that arise during projects</li> <li>Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary</li> <li>Select, train, develop and manage technical team members in a conducive team environment</li> <li>Lead multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver solutions</li> <li>Guide the project team in issue resolution to meet the requirements and timelines</li> </ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Education: · Degree with 8-10 years of current, hands on technical experience</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Solid understanding of: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>LINUX O/S and/or RedHat platform and scripting skills</li> <li>Java and internet-related components (i.e: JSON, XML)</li> <li>Spring boot, Camel, FTP</li> <li>Microservices Experiences</li> <li>Jboss, Tomcat., Database, Sql</li> <li>DevOps suite of products (i.e: Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc)</li> <li>Connect Direct, SFTP, basic UNIX commands</li> <li>Perf tuning and automation in general</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of microservice implementation, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and Kafka.</li> <li>Experience of complete software development lifecycles – waterfall and agile project experience</li> <li>General understanding of banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance</li> <li>Understanding of data security, privacy, data protection, regulatory and compliance procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>TECHNICAL SKILLS</strong></p> <ol> <li>LINUX O/S and/or RedHat platform and scripting skills</li> <li>Java and internet-related components (i.e: JSON, XML)</li> <li>Spring boot, Camel, FTP</li> <li>Microservices Experiences</li> <li>Jboss, Tomcat., Database, Sql</li> <li>DevOps suite of products (i.e: Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc)</li> <li>Connect Direct, SFTP, basic UNIX commands</li> </ol> <p></p> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
