About the role

BLAST is a global esports media network on a mission to create world-class entertainment experiences for millions of fans around the world. From high-energy arena shows and studio broadcasts to digital content that sets new standards, we bring the biggest moments in esports to life - working with top-tier partners like Valve, Riot Games, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Krafton, and more.

We move fast, think big, and aim high. Our environment blends deep industry experience with bold, tech-driven ideas - whether we’re perfecting a broadcast or chasing the next moonshot. BLAST has grown into a leading force in the esports space, but we’re just getting started when it comes to pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the industry.

You’ll be part of a diverse and dynamic organisation with roots in traditional sports, entertainment, and esports - all working together to deliver unforgettable experiences and keep raising the bar.

The team

Bonus? This job will take you places - literally. From major cities to remote broadcast sites, we travel the world to make things happen. If you're ready to bring energy, adaptability, and a sense of adventure, you'll fit right in.
