EUR/ACE works closely with the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) and other bureaus and agencies to coordinate&nbsp;assistance, ensuring that programming is cohesive, strategically aligned, and responsive to regional needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;Assistance&nbsp;is implemented through projects managed by the Department of State (DoS) and other U.S. Government agencies, international organizations, and non‑governmental organizations, enabling a whole‑of‑government approach to delivery and oversight.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;">&nbsp;</p> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Serve as subject matter expert supporting evaluation design, monitoring, and implementation&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide technical oversight and quality assurance of methodologies and deliverables&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure integrity and consistency of evaluation approaches and findings&nbsp;</li> <li>Support research, data analysis, and performance management activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to training, capacity building, and tool development&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project design, MEL, knowledge management, and strategic communications&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in conflict settings required&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be eligible for a Secret clearance&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Dexis is on a mission to help solve today’s most pressing global political, social, and economic challenges and create a world where all people are safe and prosperous.
