Technical Lead (Full-Stack) - Early-Team AI Start-up

We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance-marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI-driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm.

Tasks

• **Own the architecture** – Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation.
• **Ship end-to-end features** – From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer-ready functionality.
• **Integrate Ad-platform APIs** – Build & maintain high-throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents.
• **Collaborate with founders** – Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting-edge AI research into production software.
• **Champion quality & performance** – Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero.

Requirements

• **3+ years** of professional software engineering.
• Recent, hands-on expertise with **Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres**.
• Proven record of **architecting and shipping** complex, customer-facing systems independently.
• Start-up mindset: thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and bias toward action.
• Passion for the **latest AI trends** and eagerness to push the boundary of what’s possible.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and a writing-first approach.
