<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Machinify is seeking a technically deep and inspiring Engineering Manager to lead our Subrogation product team. This is a newly formed team scaling to 5–6 engineers over the next year, requiring a hands-on technical leader to establish strong engineering foundations from the outset and build a high-caliber team from the ground up. You bring a strong track record of recruiting and hiring top-tier engineering talent, with the instincts and rigor to assess for both technical depth and long-term fit. <p>The salary for this position is based on an array of factors unique to each candidate: Such as years and depth of experience, set skills, certifications, etc. We are hiring for different levels, and our Recruiting team will let you know if you qualify for a different role/range.
