You’ll combine technical expertise with solution design skills to build scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with our clients’ business requirements, while creating reusable assets that can be deployed across multiple clients. Depending on the engagement, you may own portions of the design or support the Solution Architect, always ensuring communication lands at the client’s level of comprehension while maintaining technical precision internally. You’ll also serve as the Release Manager on projects, owning the deployment and release management strategy and its execution from end to end.</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement custom code solutions leveraging Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components</li> <li>Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges</li> <li>Partner with Solution Architects to produce detailed, sound solution designs and data models for tailor-made customizations</li> <li>Execute technical process reviews and provide guidance on technical topics such as data, deployment, single sign-on, and large data volumes</li> <li>Perform code reviews and uphold Salesforce coding best practices that support application scalability</li> <li>Coach and mentor junior technical team members</li> <li>Own the environment and deployment strategy as Release Manager — maintaining source control, committing changes, opening and merging pull requests, and running sandbox seeding to test features</li> <li>Run final production releases with the ability to roll back or restore when needed, and manage technical collateral for hand-off at the close of each engagement</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience with Salesforce</li> <li>Strong, hands-on experience with Apex, including the ability to review and share feedback on coding best practices that support application scalability</li> <li>JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce</li> <li>Experience integrating web services (Scribe, SOAP, REST, JSON)</li> <li>Experience with a range of design patterns and with test-driven development</li> <li>Prior experience executing deployments and using DevOps tools (e.g., Prodly, Copado)</li> <li>Prior experience building technical artifacts such as Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents</li> <li>Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences and situations</li> <li>Detail- and quality-oriented, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies</li> <li>Confident, self-assured, ambitious, driven, and a team player</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) experience or certifications</li> <li>Platform Developer II certification</li> <li>Service Cloud experience or certification</li> </ul> <p><em>Note: Candidates will be asked to participate in a technical exercise as part of the interview process.
