In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers in creating high-quality software applications with a focus on .NET technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring best practices in development and architecture while also fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Angular frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud development practices.
- Proficient in designing and implementing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with SQL Server and other database technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
