In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact instructor-led training—both virtually and in-person—for customers, partners, and internal teams. You will help people gain the skills and confidence to succeed with our platform by delivering engaging learning experiences.</p> <p>This role requires a solid understanding of integration technologies, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and empowering others. Hands-on experience with iPaaS or AI solutions and a background in technical training or enablement is highly desirable.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible for the following:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Education Program Development</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to the design and development of training materials such as presentations, hands-on labs, and supporting documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver engaging training modules via Workato Academy, covering platform setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is clear, accurate, and aligned to program goals.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Training Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide live demonstrations, guided labs, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Adjust delivery methods to support different learning styles and technical backgrounds.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Certification &amp; Assessment</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in the development and delivery of certification exams and assessments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the maintenance and updating of certification content to reflect product changes and new features.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Technical Support During Training</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide guidance and assistance to training participants during sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Workato platform in the context of training.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Regularly update training materials to stay aligned with product updates and evolving best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gather and act on feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay current with trends in iPaaS and integration technologies to ensure training remains relevant.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following roles at a SaaS/iPaaS company:</p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Technical instruction or training delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Solutions engineering, consulting, or professional services</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or enablement programs, ideally in SaaS or cloud integration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</p> </li> <li> <p>Problem-solving skills and comfort with troubleshooting during training.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Enthusiastic and authentic communicator with a passion for teaching.</p> </li> <li> <p>Confident in facilitating interactive sessions and answering live questions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Skilled at engaging learners across varying technical skill levels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable presenting in English to global audiences (native or strong proficiency required).</p> </li> </ul> <p class="p1"><br><br></p> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2771)</strong></p>
