Position Title: Technical Office Engineer
Department: Engineering / Technical Office
Location: New Cairo – El Tagamoa
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary Range: Starting from 14,000 EGP (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Reports To: Technical Office Manager / Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
Review design drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.
Perform quantity surveying and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Coordinate with site engineers to ensure implementation of approved drawings.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Prepare reports, RFI’s , and technical submittals.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum [2] years of experience in technical office roles within construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
