You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure that our interactive story games meet player expectations and business objectives. Join us in shaping the future of narrative-driven gaming!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p><strong>Project Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the development process, from concept to release, ensuring that games are delivered on time and within budget.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams, primarily focused on engineering and QA, to define project goals and milestones.</li> <li>Create an organizational structure, processes, and project plans that allow the team to produce high quality work efficiently.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Budget and Resource Allocation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures.</li> <li>Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, if applicable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain a high level of quality throughout the development process, overseeing testing and ensuring that games meet our quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Risk Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify potential risks and issues early in the development cycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.</li> <li>Make data-driven decisions to optimize development processes and project outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Communication:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the central point of communication for the development team, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or roadblocks.</li> <li>Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Vision:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Game Director to translate creative concepts into actionable development plans.</li> <li>Ensure that the final product aligns with the vision and goals of the project.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Launch and Post-Launch Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the launch of games, coordinating marketing efforts and community engagement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Senior/Lead Tech Producer with a track record of successful game launches.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience producing engineering and/or tools teams in a game development context.</li> <li>Proven experience supporting core technology or engine teams including work on foundational systems, tech debt initiatives, or platform-level deliverables.</li> <li>Proven ability to work across disciplines, managing deliverables and dependencies between engineering, art, design, and production simultaneously.</li> <li>Comfortable managing technical workstreams: software pipelines, tools development, platform requirements, and backend dependencies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SDLC and how it applies within an iterative game development environment.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills, including hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.</li> <li>Shipped at least one title on console and PC, with direct experience navigating platform requirements, certification pipelines, and first-party submission processes.</li> <li>Strong experience working within Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Effective communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to bridge technical and creative teams.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.</li> <li>Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences and industry trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pluses</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with tools development or engine-side work (not required to write code, but comfortable in the room when it’s being discussed).</li> <li>Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, or live service infrastructure.</li> <li>Familiarity with Unreal Engine development workflows.</li> <li>Familiarity with first-party platform relations and certification processes (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).</li> <li>Experience managing co-development partners or external vendors in a technical capacity.</li> <li>Exposure to platform certification processes (console and PC storefronts).</li> <li>Background in QA or a QA-adjacent role in career</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>Mob Entertainment offers the following benefits to all eligible U.S.-based full-time employees: profit sharing; medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) matching; FSA/HSA; paid time off; sick time; holidays; and parental leave.
