Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the TPM will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software, platforms, and Web3 solutions. This position involves close collaboration with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams across Asia to align cutting-edge technical innovation with business objectives. The TPM will drive the creation of impactful decentralized applications and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Product Leadership: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 platforms, software, and decentralized applications, in alignment with the CEO/Founder’s strategic goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Asia to deliver high-quality products that meet technical and business objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery.</li> <li>Technical Translation: Convert complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, leveraging expertise in Web3 protocols, blockchain technologies, and industry standards.</li> <li>Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CEO/Founder to prioritize initiatives, provide progress updates, and ensure product strategies support the studio’s mission and portfolio growth.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio companies, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Innovation &amp; Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to integrate emerging Web3 technologies and trends to enhance platform functionality and user experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Compliance &amp; Ethics: Maintain high standards of compliance and ethical practices in product development, adhering to regulatory and industry guidelines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 3+ years in product management, with a focus on technical products, software development, or Web3/blockchain platforms. Experience working with senior leadership or founders is a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software development, Web3 technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain protocols), and decentralized systems.
