The team owns the payment rails, ledger, and core banking platform, all of which are critical to the integrity, performance, and reliability of our financial products.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Become the ultimate owner of one or more technical products, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, engineering team management, tracking performance and business impact</li> <li>Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value</li> <li>Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations managers, and interact security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business</li> <li>Take full ownership of core banking components: You’ll be the end-to-end owner of one (or more) of our foundational systems such as our core banking platform, payment rails, and ledger.
