Staff Technical Product Manager, Identity & Shield

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">ABOUT THE ROLE</span></h3> <div> <p>We're looking for a <strong>Staff Technical Product Manager </strong>passionate about Security, Identity, and building foundational products that shape how millions of users, merchants, services, and AI agents securely interact with the VTEX platform.<br>As a Staff PM in Identity &amp; Shield, you'll own the vision and execution of mission-critical initiatives that ensure trust, compliance, and secure autonomy across our ecosystem. <strong>You'll help reinvent how access, authorization, and protection work in a world where AI agents increasingly act on behalf of humans and businesses.</strong><br>This is one of the most strategic roles in the company. You'll drive core platform capabilities used by every product area, while evolving Shield — one of VTEX's top-selling add-ons — to meet the needs of global enterprises and highly regulated industries.</p> </div> <h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></h3> <ul> <li>Define VTEX's long-term Identity strategy, aligned with our mission to be the most secure AI-Native commerce platform.</li> <li>Lead the redesign of VTEX's Access Management Module into an agentic, automated, low-friction experience that reduces operational burden and mitigates credential misuse.</li> <li>Partner deeply with engineering to design the guardrails, policies, and control layers that keep AI agents operating within safe, compliant, and auditable boundaries.</li> <li>Own the roadmap and evolution of VTEX Shield, expanding its value proposition for enterprise customers and regulated industries.</li> <li>Translate complex security needs (CISO-level requirements, compliance frameworks, SOC controls, auditability) into actionable product requirements.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to grow Shield's ACV, adoption, and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Benchmark leading enterprise security solutions to position Shield competitively on a global stage.</li> <li>Build platform-wide primitives that let product teams easily integrate identity, permissions, and agent governance into their workflows.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Strong PM background working with complex, technical products.</li> <li>You ramp up fast on technical domains.
