As the technical program manager, you’ll blend deep technical understanding of EMC with strong program execution, ensuring robust, regulatory-compliant products while coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, software, firmware, and test labs.</p> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Responsibilities</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution of EMC validation for wearable devices, from early development to mass production.</li> <li class="my-2">Coordinate day-to-day activities among hardware, software, firmware engineers, EMC specialists, and external labs to achieve timely and effective compliance.</li> <li class="my-2">Develop and maintain detailed EMC project plans, deliverable trackers, and risk registers; proactively identify, assess, and drive mitigation of EMC-related risks.</li> <li class="my-2">Interface with internal and external stakeholders to report program status, critical issues, and compliance milestones.</li> <li class="my-2">Oversee the preparation and review of test setups, procedures, and documentation in alignment with regulatory (e.g., FCC, CE) and internal requirements.</li> <li class="my-2">Guide engineering teams on best EMC design and troubleshooting practices, leveraging expertise with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other test instrumentation.</li> </ul> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Minimum Qualifications</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related technical field.</li> <li class="my-2">5+ years of technical program management experience within consumer electronics or related high-volume hardware industries.</li> <li class="my-2">Hands-on expertise with EMC test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, LISNs, EMI receivers) and EMC troubleshooting methodologies.</li> <li class="my-2">Prior experience leading complex cross-functional programs or projects through early design and into mass production.</li> <li class="my-2">Solid knowledge of global regulatory EMC standards (e.g., FCC, CISPR, EN, IEC) as applied to consumer electronics.</li> <li class="my-2">Demonstrated ability to develop project schedules, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li class="my-2">Experience managing external labs and third-party certification processes for market approval.</li> <li class="my-2">Exposure to EMI/EMC design guidelines, board-level mitigation, and root-cause analysis techniques in high-density electronic assemblies.</li> </ul> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Advanced knowledge of EMC test procedures specific to wearable electronics or miniature, battery-operated devices.</li> <li class="my-2">Familiarity with automated test scripting and data analysis tools (Python, LabVIEW, or similar environments).</li> <li class="my-2">Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>Delart provides competitive benefits and compensation across all regions where we operate.
