This role will drive program execution, R&amp;D alignment, AI/ML innovation, platform modernization, and regulatory-compliant product delivery within a highly regulated environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Program &amp; R&amp;D Leadership</strong></p> <ul data-start="505" data-end="1094"> <li data-section-id="z3qf9w" data-start="505" data-end="593">Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs across LSG and CDG product portfolios.</li> <li data-section-id="y9id9u" data-start="594" data-end="679">Serve as the primary technical program interface between R&amp;D and engineering teams.</li> <li data-section-id="13yyu7" data-start="680" data-end="772">Translate research and laboratory innovations into scalable platform development roadmaps.</li> <li data-section-id="u3d5ox" data-start="773" data-end="882">Drive AI/ML initiatives, including computer vision, predictive diagnostics, and LLM-assisted documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="1xmu0ct" data-start="883" data-end="987">Facilitate cross-functional alignment and provide executive-level program updates and recommendations.</li> <li data-section-id="1kmpj0z" data-start="988" data-end="1094">Present risk mitigation strategies and resolution plans to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1096" data-end="1135">Architecture &amp; Delivery Excellence</h4> <ul data-start="1136" data-end="1551"> <li data-section-id="1spuqt3" data-start="1136" data-end="1211">Participate in architecture reviews and guide build-versus-buy decisions.</li> <li data-section-id="1ewq22l" data-start="1212" data-end="1284">Establish and maintain SAFe/hybrid-agile program management practices.</li> <li data-section-id="1vf0yxs" data-start="1285" data-end="1375">Define and govern program milestones, OKRs, dependencies, and risk management processes.</li> <li data-section-id="1sg52z6" data-start="1376" data-end="1468">Drive CI/CD and DevSecOps adoption for embedded software and instrument development teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1sj0uny" data-start="1469" data-end="1551">Develop executive-ready reporting and mentor program managers and project leads.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1nn9d3u" data-start="1583" data-end="1699">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> <li data-section-id="3w3fbz" data-start="1700" data-end="1806">12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs with budgets exceeding $5M.</li> <li data-section-id="3w3fbz" data-start="1700" data-end="1806">Proven experience leading enterprise application programs throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft ecosystem technologies, enterprise integrations, business process automation, and platform modernization initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1jlr5h7" data-start="1807" data-end="1934">Strong experience managing programs within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or regulated healthcare environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1h6g1vz" data-start="1935" data-end="2060">Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Agile-at-Scale methodologies, Program Increment planning, and Agile Release Train facilitation.</li> <li data-section-id="px991d" data-start="2061" data-end="2203">Deep understanding of IVD product development lifecycle and regulatory frameworks, including: <ul data-start="2159" data-end="2203"> <li data-section-id="q00hd7" data-start="2159" data-end="2175">21 CFR Part 11</li> <li data-section-id="vp4wgk" data-start="2178" data-end="2189">IEC 62304</li> <li data-section-id="i23a06" data-start="2192" data-end="2203">ISO 13485</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="1b96jqh" data-start="2204" data-end="2311">Experience supporting molecular biology workflows such as PCR, ddPCR, electrophoresis, or flow cytometry.</li> <li data-section-id="1otchuq" data-start="2312" data-end="2418">Strong background in embedded systems, instrument software, firmware, and hardware development programs.</li> <li data-section-id="1da42k8" data-start="2419" data-end="2529">Knowledge of cloud-native platforms (AWS and/or Azure), APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.</li> <li data-section-id="9vfc2y" data-start="2530" data-end="2624">Experience managing AI/ML program delivery, model governance, and enterprise AI initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1lese73" data-start="2625" data-end="2692">Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1fgykv9" data-start="2728" data-end="2832">Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li data-section-id="1tpd6pe" data-start="2833" data-end="2903">PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent program management certification.</li> <li data-section-id="bv2zbn" data-start="2904" data-end="3004">Experience with laboratory environments, including CLIA, CAP, QC systems, and proficiency testing.</li> <li data-section-id="vlid1j" data-start="3005" data-end="3076">Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) governance processes.</li> <li data-section-id="2vbqvl" data-start="3077" data-end="3181">Experience with platform engineering, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and developer platform strategies.</li> <li data-section-id="j6gt4" data-start="3182" data-end="3258">Working knowledge of embedded software development using C/C++ and Python.</li> <li data-section-id="63w4yf" data-start="3259" data-end="3355">Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies.</li> <li data-section-id="12o0ud4" data-start="3356" data-end="3454">Familiarity with
