This role will drive cross-functional execution for a new deal sourcing product, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to translate strategic vision into scalable, measurable outcomes. As the program leader, you will bring structure to ambiguity aligning stakeholders around clear goals, milestones, and success metrics while managing complex dependencies across teams and systems.
