This role supports a diverse set of engineering efforts, including large-scale platform infrastructure that powers critical development workflows, as well as application and service development teams delivering consumer-facing experiences.</p> <p>You will play a key role in shaping how we deliver software by driving alignment, influencing decisions, and ensuring successful execution across globally distributed teams. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, working closely with engineering, product management, QA, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions across a wide range of technical domains.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own and lead complex, cross-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Drive decision-making and prioritization, balancing business impact, technical constraints, and delivery timelines<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and execution plans, partnering closely with engineering teams<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts, ensuring programs stay on track across dependencies and stakeholders<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams, including influencing senior stakeholders when needed<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, helping teams converge on practical, scalable solutions<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Improve program execution practices, introducing and refining processes, tools, and frameworks to increase efficiency and predictability<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Provide ongoing visibility into program health, including progress, risks, tradeoffs, and key milestones<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor and guide teams on program management best practices, helping elevate execution maturity across the organization<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">5–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or a related role<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Experience leading complex, multi-team programs with interdependencies<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Prior experience working as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and team execution practices<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Background in software development or quality engineering, with demonstrated technical understanding of system design, testing, and delivery workflows<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture concepts<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence decisions across multiple stakeholders<br><br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working with globally distributed and across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment</span></p> </li> </ul> <p>Prefered</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to adapt processes to fit complex programs<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated success driving alignment across globally distributed and cross-cultural teams<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Ability and willingness to travel as needed to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience improving or scaling program management processes, tooling, or team workflows<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience influencing teams to
