<p data-start="1913" data-end="1968" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Join us in building the power foundation of the future!</p></div><p data-start="110" data-end="538"><strong data-start="110" data-end="127">Role Summary:</strong><br data-start="127" data-end="130">We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), Firmware to oversee complex programs involving embedded firmware on microcontrollers. This role requires orchestrating cross-functional execution across firmware engineering, software, hardware, product, quality assurance, and system integration teams. You will own program scope, schedules, risk management, and delivery quality across multi-release program roadmaps.</p>
<p data-start="540" data-end="563"><strong data-start="540" data-end="561">Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="157tsvd" data-start="564" data-end="809">Lead cross-functional collaboration across firmware engineering, software development, hardware engineering, product management, QA, and system integration to drive successful execution of embedded and application-level software development.</li>
<li data-section-id="qcnzi0" data-start="810" data-end="968">Oversee program scope, schedules, and resource allocation for firmware initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet timeline, quality, and budget expectations.</li>
<li data-section-id="12v3vpf" data-start="969" data-end="1141">Communicate program status, critical issues, and milestones to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and transparency.</li>
<li data-section-id="pfs3sq" data-start="1142" data-end="1285">Drive firmware feature planning, milestone tracking, and integration timelines in coordination with hardware and systems development teams.</li>
<li data-section-id="gtw3i9" data-start="1286" data-end="1501">Identify and mitigate risks related to firmware dependencies, release timelines, and cross-functional integration, ensuring all cross-dependency risks impacting firmware development are captured and highlighted.</li>
<li data-section-id="mjc5x7" data-start="1502" data-end="1627">Collaborate with product teams to define firmware requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with product goals.</li>
<li data-section-id="4jycm5" data-start="1628" data-end="1746">Monitor program costs and resourcing needs, identifying opportunities for efficiency, reuse, and reduced overhead.</li>
<li data-section-id="14s4w08" data-start="1747" data-end="1900">Improve program management processes, tools, and best practices specific to firmware development to enhance execution, scalability, and transparency.</li>
<li data-section-id="e25dcu" data-start="1901" data-end="2094">Support release and validation processes by partnering with QA, release engineering, and support teams to manage timelines, testing coverage, and issue resolution for software deliverables.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2096" data-end="2117"><strong data-start="2096" data-end="2115">Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="2118" data-end="3453">
<li data-section-id="9ngc2x" data-start="2118" data-end="2295">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in embedded systems, firmware, or software development.</li>
<li data-section-id="1lgcgdk" data-start="2296" data-end="2451">5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on software and/or firmware-based products.</li>
<li data-section-id="uyy9pp" data-start="2452" data-end="2586">Proven success managing complex software/firmware programs involving multiple teams, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.</li>
<li data-section-id="15s55oe" data-start="2587" data-end="2714">Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and firmware development practices.</li>
<li data-section-id="1eypjbo" data-start="2715" data-end="2859">Experience working within engineering organizations that develop products integrating hardware, embedded firmware, and application software.</li>
<li data-section-id="1enlu0g" data-start="2860" data-end="2978">Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels and disciplines.</li>
<li data-section-id="kx1mux" data-start="2979" data-end="3102">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li data-section-id="i0hd8" data-start="3103" data-end="3215">Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with rapidly shifting priorities and evolving requirements.</li>
<li data-section-id="7rje71" data-start="3216" data-end="3307">Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).</li>
<li data-section-id="138tlkw" data-start="3308" data-end="3384">Preferred: Experience with GitHub, AWS, observability tools, and Python.</li>
<li data-section-id="hm7gfy" data-start="3385" data-end="3453">Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel.</li>
