Senior Technical Program Manager – GPU Infrastructure

<h3 class="gmail_quote">About the Role (Job Purpose)</h3> <p class="gmail_quote">As a Senior TPM, you will lead large, complex programs across multiple teams and systems within GPU infrastructure. You will shape strategy, influence technical direction, and scale how infrastructure programs are delivered.</p> <h3 class="gmail_quote">What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)</h3> <ul> <li>Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact programs across GPU infrastructure domains</li> <li>Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with company goals</li> <li>Drive cross-organizational alignment on complex initiatives (e.g., dynamic power throttling, fleet-wide provisioning, observability)</li> <li>Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide technical decisions</li> <li>Identify and resolve systemic risks and bottlenecks across programs</li> <li>Establish and improve program management frameworks and best practices</li> </ul> <h3 class="gmail_quote">About You (Skills / Qualifications)</h3> <ul> <li>6–10+ years of experience in technical program management</li> <li>Strong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or hardware/software systems</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs</li> <li>Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations</li> <li>Excellent structured thinking, communication, and execution skills</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The range below reflects the base salary for the position.
