These values guide how we show up every day, align, and work together to build a brighter future for all of us.</p> <p class="p1">Join the team that is building the EV charging industry and make your mark on how people and goods will get everywhere they need to go, in any context, for generations to come.</p></div><h3>Reports To</h3> <p>Manager, Technical Program Management</p> <p><strong>What you will be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manufacturing &amp; Process Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability, cost, supply chain flexibility, and efficiency (DFx).</li> <li>Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) builds (pre-proto through PVT) for&nbsp;PCBA&nbsp;and&nbsp;FATP&nbsp;lines.</li> <li>Develop assembly tooling/automation equipment with manufacturing partners and optimize lines for capacity.</li> <li>Monitor assembly traceability and manufacturing data requirements at supplier &amp; CM sites.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Performance Monitoring &amp; Improvement:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Monitor performance (yield, throughput) of sustaining lines globally.</li> <li>Ensure proper implementation of engineering changes at the factory.</li> <li>Drive production process improvements to achieve quality, cost, and yield goals.</li> <li>Plan production capacity with sufficient capex and factory layout to meet production demand volumes</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware test, reliability, or quality issues during engineering or production builds</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>8+ years&nbsp;of hands-on experience in fast-paced PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization companies.</li> <li>Experience in&nbsp;DFx&nbsp;methodologies and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies (statistical analysis,&nbsp;DOE,&nbsp;FMEA).</li> <li>Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems effectively.</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp;Continuous Process Improvement,&nbsp;Kanban, and&nbsp;Lean manufacturing&nbsp;principles.</li> <li>Program management experience with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Profficient in Mandarin or Thai to interface with our CM partners.</li> <li>Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively across functions, working with limited supervision to drive issues to closure.</li> <li>Excellent debugging skills and ability to solve problems under pressure.</li> <li>Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to&nbsp;25%&nbsp;internationally and domestically.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with&nbsp;Arena PLM&nbsp;system.</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp;Confluence&nbsp;and&nbsp;JIRA.</li> <li>Experience with Tool Design/NX/similar CAD software</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Location</strong></h3> <p>Thailand</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
