<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Plant Engineering, to lead high-impact projects at our live production site in Sparks, Nevada. This role sits at the center of operations, driving improvements that increase safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">You will work on-site with plant teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects from basic engineering through design, installation, commissioning, and handoff to operations. This role also requires frequent communication with senior leaders and executives to align priorities, surface risks, and drive decisions. Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment, manufacturing experience, and the ability to execute in a fast-moving, live production environment.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
